Candidate Requirements:

• Male (single / unmarried preferred).

• Good-looking / presentable appearance.

• Proficient in English (fluency is highly preferred).

• Willing to work in shifts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.

• Minimum 2 (two) years of experience as a Call Center Representative.

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (Communication graduates preferred).

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong time management and communication skills.

• High initiative, creativity, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
