- Identify, source, and select KOLs/Influencers that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Manage end-to-end KOL collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content monitoring, and campaign reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign requirements, timelines, and performance targets are executed as planned.
- Manage KOL partnership administration, including agreement preparation, invoice handling, payment processes, and KOL database maintenance.
- Monitor and evaluate KOL performance based on established KPIs.
- Prepare campaign insights and recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, talent management agencies, and business partners.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major; preferably Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as the latest digital trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple KOLs and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- An existing network of KOLs, talent management agencies, or influencer partners is a strong advantage.
