• Male/Female • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the same position within the hospitality industry (depending on the role level) • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences • Able to work independently as well as part of a team • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel management systems is an advantage • Good command of spoken and written English • Professional appearance with a positive attitude, integrity, and strong sense of responsibility • Willing to be based at Banyan Tree Bintan, Riau Islands, Indonesia
